Dakota Blue Richards
Dakota Blue Richards is an English actor who has been known for playing Lyra Belacqua in "The Golden Compass" and Franky Fitzgerald in the third generation cast of British the teen drama "Skins'. Additionally, she has been involved on stage, appearing in productions of plays like "Arcadia" as well as 'A Streetcar Named Desire'. Richards, a Londoner by birth, lived on her home on the Sussex coast. Richards took a couple of drama classes in school, but she attended the bulk of her acting lessons during the weekends. She also skipped school to go to auditions. This was her first film as an actress. While the film garnered only a moderate response, Richards received widespread positive review on her acting. Later that year, she made her small screen debut in the television film "Dustbin Babe".
